**** TEAM LEADER of a BSL Service ****

£22,000

BS Social Care has been tasked with finding a Team Leader for a service based in Sunderland under the umbrella of a national, highly regarded organisation.

This is a new role in an established service so, with the guidance and support from external managers, you can develop the position into your own using your skills and previous experience.

A British Sign Language signer would be desirable but not essential. It has been worked out over time that this service works best with a staff team with a mixer of signers and non-signers. An NVQ 3 in a relevant field is essential, willing to work towards a level 5.

This is a lovely service to be a part of and work in and around. A Team Leader in position would help this service grow and develop into something which is able to offer more things to more service users.
