BS Social Care are proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients.

Our client is a fast-growing, person centred Children and Young people Care provider in the North West of England. You will be joining a brand new team in this newly developed Residential Home for Children aged 8-18.

Your main responsibility will be to provide leadership and direction to your co-workers. You will lead the shifts and maintain care plans and risk assessments. You will perform daily checks and staff supervisions. You will be working on a busy shift providing care for 4/5 Young People.

The Ideal candidate will be someone who has the ability to cope under pressure and have a strong presence. You will be hardworking, committed and willing to learn new things. You will be willing to undertake any additional training and have a good attitude to work. You will have an NVQ level 3 in Children and Young people and at least 12 months in a authoritative position.

Minimum requirements:-
- NVQ level 3 in Children and Young People
- 12 months experience in a authoritative role
- Driver essential

Base salary is - £19,000 - £23,700 + Sleep-ins paid at minimum wage per hour.
