Team Leader

Job Description

My client is recruiting for a Team Leader who has experience working with adults with autism and learning disabilities within supported living environments - ideally CQC regulated settings. The ideal candidate will be working across their 5 small supported living locations in Ash, Woking, Guildford and Farnham.

You will:
- You will be able to be on call
- Be able to manage a diverse and experienced support team to provide high quality support and achieve outcomes
- You will have knowledge and experience working a supported living or CQC registered home
- Responsible for the development and training of staff

- You will hold a clean driving licence
- Will have experience working in a CQC regulated setting
- Will be adaptable and flexible
- Report writing skills
- Management and administration expert
- Safeguarding expert

The Team Leader will be required to:
- Have experience in working in a fast paced environment
- Provide centred support planning for each resident
- Understanding individual resident needs and establishing methods of healthy communication
- Work through resident`s strengths and weaknesses
- Confidently and clearly liaise with personnel at all levels
- Must be able to drive to work and work across the 5 homes
- Must be able to be on-call
- Must be able to occasionally work weekends
