As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing, coaching and developing your team and encouraging financial growth.

You will be familiar with the SRA code of conduct 2011 and will ensure you and the whole team are compliant.

Following the firm's policies and procedures and filtering these into your team. You will be a team player and will love to grow and develop your team.

You must have previous experience to apply for this role due to the fast paced nature of the business.
