Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to work for a government client based in Bath

This is a part time role working Saturday and Sunday 0900-1730

Rate of pay is £12.66 per hour

This is a temporary role until 31/10/2022 with possibility of an extension and an opportunity to go permanent

Main duties include:
-Motivate and develop the team and encourage communication
-Schedule team work to required timescales and service levels
-Ensure availability of required staff members
-Identify and manage improvements within the team
-Update and maintain systems
-Collect and provide data and reports when required

Skills and experience required:
-Experience working as a Team Leader within a customer service environment
-Excellent IT skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office
-Good communication skills, both verbal and written
