Job Description

Brook Street UK Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader for our client based in Holywood

Our client has confirmed that this role is temporary , on-going with a view of becoming permanent.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday , 0900 to 1700 with flexible working hours.

In your new job you will be responsible for coaching & development of all team members, ensuring that everyone is equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed, managing the floor ensuring consistency, adherence, and discipline and respond and deal with escalated issues regarding performance and quality.

You are a good fit for this role if you have at least 1 year`s supervisory experience in a call centre environment along with excellent
Telephone manner
Strong communication skills
Confidence and professionalism
Ability to work under pressure and to targets
Excellent keyboard and PC skills
Strong administration skills


What do we need from you?
Eligibility to work in the UK
1 Year`s experience in a supervisory role

In return you will be paid £10.50 per hour on a weekly basis plus bonus incentives
