Job Description
Are you an experienced Team Leader? Able to manage a successful team? And thrive of delivering exceptional customer service?
My client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Team Leader to join their team in the Subsidence department, based in Maidstone.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to join a well established company, enjoys supporting their colleagues and drive a successful team.
You will have a passion for team management, have customer service experience, able to work in a fast paced office, exceptional communication skills, high attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise tasks accordingly.
Claims background would be beneficial, however solid experience in customer service as a Team Leader within an office environment is essential.
Duties:
- Identifying and provide training to boost team performance.
- Manage your own claims portfolio effectively.
- Dealing with customer queries.
- Responsible of managing day to day team management.
- Driving colleague engagement and team performance.
Role: Team Leader
Location: Maidstone
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Hybrid working available, but will need to be local to the Maidstone area)
Salary: Up to £30k (Depending on experience)
