We have a brand new exciting opportunity recruiting for a team leader for a well established company.
BS Social Care is one of the UK's leading recruitment specialists, we source and place individuals into roles within the social care sector.
The role of the team leader is to assist with care plans, rotas and managing of approximately 10 staff. The service is adult service users, with mental health and learning disabilities. You will be reporting daily, attending meetings and inducting new workers for the service. The role is working 30 hours over 3 days so you must be flexible to work on a rota basis. This particular role is a long term temporary booking however there is the scope for a permanent opportunity.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, approachable and have a proven track record. The role holds responsibility therefore you need to be dependable and be able to use initiative.
We are looking for individuals with previous experience as a team leader or senior support worker would be ideal. You will have a minimum of 1 years paid work experience within the social care sector or 6 months with a relevant social care qualification. If you have a DBS on the update service we would love to hear from you!
