Hours: Monday- Friday, 8am-6pm
Pay: £9.51 rising to £13.11

Working in a busy inbound call centre, you will share responsibility for leading shifts, giving direction and guidance to Contact Centre staff. team leader will lead and motivate their people to achieve and exceed expectation.
You'll have access to an on-site café as well as comprehensive training before you begin, so you'll be fully equipped with everything you need when you start!

- Experience in performance management of team in a high-volume contact centre/data processing or customer service environment
