Brand new exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader for a supported living setting!
You will be working for a nationwide company which has over 25 years experience in sourcing and placing skilled workers into roles within the social care sector. BS Social Care offers a free and confidential service to support you in finding both temporary and permanent opportunities.
You will be a team leader, supporting staff and service users within a crisis unit. The residents in which you are supporting will have complex needs, mental health and drug and alcohol issues. Your duties of the team leader will be to run a team of 5 members of staff, supporting with the daily running of the service, putting in place performance targets, motivating the team and adhering to the health and safety of the service.
What we are looking for:
Ideally you will have experience as a senior or manager previously, be passionate about what you do and want to make a real difference to the individuals you are supporting. You will be reliable, organised and pro active.
In order to be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 1 years paid work experience within the social care sector.
