Job Description

Our Public Sector client based in Norwich is looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to cover Maternity within their department.

You will be managing a team of 10 workers who take phonecalls on an enquiries helpdesk. The role will include, but will not be restricted to;

- HR elements
- Dealing with escalations
- Helping assist with recruitment
- Administration
- Ensuring service levels are adhered to
- Leadership and management
- Meetings

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of leading a team in a busy and challenging environment.

You must be able to lead a team and be proficient in customer service. You will need to be aware it is in a call centre environment and you will be the first point of contact for dealing with customer complaints.

The rate of pay is £10.75 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
