Team Leader - Children and Young People

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join a Residential home that provides Therapeutic support and care to Children and Young People that may of experienced trauma or neglect.

You will be joining an established Residential Childcare organisation that provides specialist homes for vulnerable Children and Young People.

As Team Leader your duties will include assisting the Deputy Manager with the smooth running of the home, you will be responsible for leading shifts, key working, leading activity programmes for the Young People, completing risk assessments, managing placement plans, attending contact visits and completing supervisions.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual with the ability to prioritise their workload and work on own initiative.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare or working towards and have atleast 18 months experience as a Residential Support Worker for Children and Young People. You must hold a Full UK Driving License with access to your own car. This role will suit a individual working as a RSW wanting to take a step up.

This is a full time permanent position with a salary of £18,200-£20,820 plus increments to salary. In addition to exciting benefits and opportunities for training, progression and career development.
