We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Team Leader for a Residential Home for Children and Young People with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties.

Working for a organisation that provides high quality, highly nurturing and life changing residential childcare in small homely environments.

As a Team Leader your role is to provide high quality child care practice, within the company`s model, across all residential homes. To support the Registered Home Manager to ensure that a therapeutic environment is developed in accordance with the Company`s core values. Duties also include completing supervisions, managing budgets and liaising with social workers and families.

We are seeking someone who has the right core values and a person centred approach. This company prides themselves on recognising, accepting and valuing all the young people in their care as unique and diversely talented individuals.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce, experience working within a Children`s Residential Home and hold a full UK Driving License with access to your own car.

This is a full time post with a exciting salary of £19,730-£22,350 plus excellent professional and personal development and opportunities.
