Are you a Team Leader looking for a new opportunity??

Our client offers specialist mental health packages to young people aged 16-30 in residential care settings. Many of the young people they work with transition to them from inpatient settings and may have experienced numerous previous admissions and/or placement breakdowns.

You will be mainly working with young people and young adults aged 16-25 with significant mental health difficulties who are often leaving the hospital or secure care and who require a higher level of support on discharge than other services can provide.

We are looking for someone who is passionate and wanting to do everything they can to support the children! This is a very rewarding role so we need someone who is willing to push themselves to make a difference

Do you have a Level 3 in Health and Social care and willing to progress to Level 5? Do you have experience working with CQC or OFSTED? Do you have experience in a Team Leader or Senior role? Do you have a clean driving license with access to your own vehicle? If so then you are our ideal candidate!
