Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader for Field Service Technicians team to join a leading alarm system company.

What You Will Be Doing
" You will be in charge of supervising & controlling performance of corresponding team members
" Maximise team performance by providing training for your team members, shadow them on the field, solve any conflicts within the team & resolve daily incidences of your team member's at moment of installation
" You will visit customers, provide a security analysis of customer's property
" Install and provide technical assistance and routine maintenance of security systems
" Upgrade & upsell sales at the point of installation
About You
" You have previous Field Sales Experience (>3 years)
" You have previous Team Management Experience (>3 team members)
" You have a clean manual driver´s license
" Desirable: previous sales experience (full training provided)
" You are passionate about technology & product innovation
" Commercial attitude and are able to take advantage of every sales opportunity.
" Excellent Communication skills
You are a methodical person capable of applying rigorously our unique sales method and tools. You are ready to earn great money and progress in a growing team and get to work for the leading alarm system company in Europe. You feel comfortable working in a target-based job and can be flexible with working hours. You enjoy learning in a dynamic and challenging environment.
