Role: Team Leader
Location: Maidstone
Salary: Negotiable, depending on Experience

An international client within the insurance sector are currently looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their team.

You will temporarily be working from home, however you will need to be able to get to the Maidstone Offices when the lock down restrictions are eased.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of the team.
Including being a focal point for day to day team enquires, identifying and fulfilling training requirements, team morale, absence management, team performance and conducting appraisals.

You will also have your own small case load of Commercial and high net-worth claims, as well as, assisting the Customer Service Manager when needed.
