Team Leader

Are you currently a residential/senior support worker looking for the next step in your career?
If so, a Team Leader is required to join a supported living service for young adults based in Rugby.


We are looking for someone who passionate about care and wanting to make a difference to these young people`s lives and give them the support and confidence they need.

You will report to the registered manager and the deputy manager on a day to day basis and make sure the service is running smoothly. You will lead staff to support the service users. Ensure all documentation you are trusted with is up to date. Liaise with staff and service users daily to ensure everyone is getting there practical, emotional and health advice that is needed.

To succeed in this role, you will preferably have a relevant professional Qualification at Level 3 in health and social care.

This role is full time and roughly 35 hours per week.
