Job Description

I have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to work in a well-established, national company supporting Children within a Residential Home in West Hampshire, near Southampton.

You will find yourself working within a Team to implement care programmes and support Young People, you will be supporting Children up to the ages of 19 with complex needs. You will be developing the Children's independence and life skills.

Day-to-Day duties include;
-Supervising a Team of Support Workers
-Provide day to day care for the Young People
-Support the young people through activities and education
-Work within a team
-Ensure the housekeeping is kept to a high standard

Candidate Requirements;
-Experience of working with Children or Young People who display behavior that challenges
-Willingness to undertake training
-Willingness to complete your Level 4 Children, Young People & Families Practitioner (Previously Diploma Level 3)
-Hold a Full, Clean Driving Licence

Pay/Contract;
-£20,783 per annum
-This is a Full Time position, 37.5 hours per week
-3 week rolling shift pattern, working 8 shifts within that period

-1 Sleep in per week, paid at £35 p/sleep
-You will be required to work evenings and weekends
