Job Description

On behalf of a well respected and nationally recognised provider of supported living, residential and outreach care for adults with learning disabilities, mental health diagnoses and complex behaviours, I am recruiting a TEAM LEADER to join their STOKE-ON-TRENT and STAFFORDSHIRE supported living service.

You will work 37.5 hours per week and be responsible for a variety of duties including hands on care and support, positive behaviour support, care planning, shift leading and supervising a staff team.

To be considered for these exciting roles, you must:

* Hold a minimum of level 2 in health and social, ideally level 3

* Have a background in supported living or residential care for adults with learning disabilities, mental health diagnosis and complex behaviours

* Have proven shift leading/supervisory experience

* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential


In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £10 per hour, as well as a joining bonus of )£500 in two payments of £250 (one at 3 months and one at 6 months), continued training and development, access to the share save scheme, paid mileage and reward and recognition schemes.
