Our client is looking for a flexible individual who is passionate about changing the lives of others as you will be working within a residential setting comprised of Autistic service users. The client looks after 13 clients in a resident setting (1 location) and a total around 60 clients within the community.

The role requires the following:
" A minimum 6 months experience as a team leader in a Care related residential setting.
" Passionate individual.
" Driving licence desirable but not essential.
" Flexible individual due to shift pattern work (minimum 5 shifts out of the 7 days in a week including weekends).


FOR THIS ROLE YOU RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING:
" Intensive full mandatory training for your own development.

" 25 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday a Year.
" Salary will be £18,739-£20,259 dependant on hours worked per week (this is NOT inclusive of any payment for sleep-ins.)
