Team Leader - Supported Living
Rotating shifts - 37.5 hours
Location - North Bristol
Salary - £21,545

We are seeking a Team Lead for a leading organisation in Bristol that provides support to young adults between19-23 years of age with Autism.

You'll be working over 2 locations (both is Bristol, 15min distance) leading an existing team at one serve and setting up a new shared house for three people in the other.

You'll be leading a new team in the transition of this journey, so previous experience of similar locations is essential.

Both homes will be ensuring person centred, pro-active and high-quality support and specific personal goals identified, to maintain, develop and promote new and existing skills and community inclusion

You will have experience of working in Care, level 3 in a supportive environment and will have some supervisory experience.

Driving license and a care are a must. You will also need the willingness to pursue level 4 or 5 if not having it already.
