Job Description

Working with an leading provider in learning disabilities, I am currently seeking TEAM LEADERS to join one of their supported living services, supporting ladies with a learning disability and autism.

You will be an integral part of the team and will support residents to live in their own home as independently and as safely as possible. You will oversee the day to day management of the service and the running of the staff team.

You will also be responsible for the following;
" To ensure the services are of high quality and compliant with CQC regulations
" To supervise and manage a team of staff providing person centred support. To enable the service users to maintain their independence, experience improved wellbeing, and enjoy opportunities for personal development. To ensure that all staff work in a positive, person centred and non-discriminatory manner, ensuring that the rights of service users are respected at all times
" To develop and co-ordinate a flexible, high quality service for adults with a learning disability.
" Staff one to ones, training and development as well as rotas and attending management meetings.

To be considered for this role then you need to hold your NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or above. Have 2 years' experience working with adults with learning disabilities, you also need to be a senior or have experience in team leading.
