Do you enjoy leading and motivating a team? Maybe you have had significant success in managing a team within a customer focused environment before?

A high profile government organisation based in Southwark South East London require a Team Leader to work on a temporary basis initially for 4 weeks.

Core requirements:

o Have worked in a clinical setting or laboratory is desirable
o Have worked in an operational workforce and day-to-day people management
o Managing compliance against regulatory guidelines preferred
o Managing operations in a customer facing environment and dealing with members of the public e.g. in a leisure or hospitality settings
o Demonstrated ability to lead multi-faceted teams in a fast-changing environment
o Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
o Problem solving skills with strong ability to make quick decisions
o Ability to keep calm under pressure
o Digitally competent


The post holder will be provided with and expected to wear full PPE at all times Full training will be provided.

The pay is 15.98 per hour and the role is full time working Monday to Friday for 40 hours per week.
