Team Leader - Warehouse and Production

I am currently looking to recruit a Team leader for a well-established and stable company in Stratford upon Avon.

The hours of the role are 6am - 2pm Monday to Friday and the annual pay is £21933. There is onsite parking, 22 days annual leave and a uniform will be provided.

The position itself would suit someone who is looking to progress to a Team Leader role or someone that has Team Leader or Supervisor experience.

Main duties include -
" Following Instructions from the Supervisor and monitor standards of work in your allocated team
" Managing H&S ensuring stock is too a high standard
" Keep a correct log of data and stock
" Communicate and keep other areas of the business updated with stock
" Regularly calibrate and test the machines
" Ensure staff are suitable trained and deployed in key areas to meet agreed quality standards
" Communicate work location to each employee daily and make sure rotation takes place
" Ensure employees follow appropriate cleaning ad hygiene standards according to agreed company protocols
" Ensure employees follow safe working practises and wear appropriate PPE at all times
" Ensure all accident and near miss reporting procedures are followed
" Providing regular training giving clear feedback and correct incorrect practises and behaviour
" Monitor and organise external training and certification of your team
" Adapt to the changes of the business as and when required
