Team Manager
Telford

Working Hours: Working 4 on 4 off on a rotating shift pattern of 6am -6pm week 1 & 6pm to 6am

Salary :£28,000 - £32,000pa DOE

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well establish organisation based in central Telford. You will be joining a company with over 30 years trading history who are manufacturing experts with a diverse customer base.

You:
Will need previous leadership & management experience, managing a team of up to 20 people
You will have excellent communication skills
You will be an advocate of continuous improvement and someone who can encourage and influence cultural change
Ideally you will have experience of utilising Lean methodologies within a manufacturing environment

The Role:
People management
Ensure process and procedures are followed
Ensure production targets are met
Complete risk assessment
Identify and recommend change
