Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Support Worker with supervisory experience, or a Team Leader to take the next step up and manage supported living services for adults with learning disabilities.
You will be based in the Gloucester office, and will manage teams in Gloucester and Swindon, spending time in both services during the week. You will provide guidance and support to the teams, ensuring that appropriate person-centred support is given in line with service users' personalised support plans.
You will be an experienced senior support worker, team leader or team manager with experience in a learning disability setting. You will hold a Level 3 qualification in health and social care or above, and will be a driver with your own vehicle.
