Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for the NHS BSA in their search for Team Managers within the Customer Support Services function, initially as a temporary position but with the view to offer the role on a permanent basis following the initial probation period. The role will be offered as hybrid working and will therefore consist of both home working and office working days.

Customer Support Teams sit within the Customer Operations department, which is responsible for handling back-office work from customers via post, telephone and digitally.

Responsibilities & experience:

You will be responsible for supporting your team to provide the best customer service to our customers and work with colleagues at all levels to provide strong and clear leadership for your team, managing all areas of performance and ensuring that team objectives are achieved.

You should have previous experience within a target driven environment and a passion for proactively improving quality and performance. You will ensure a continuous improvement culture exists within the team and as a result establish new working practices leading to performance improvements, enhanced customer service and reduced costs.
