PERM OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE

I am currently representing one of my client's based in Manchester to recruit for a permanent preparation Team Manager to join their team on a full time basis.

Dual site management of a team of 20 staff members across Manchester & Burnley
Salary- £40K per annum + Bonus
42.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 on a rota which includes weekends

Role Purpose:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership of our preparation operations in Burnley and Manchester. You will be passionate about fuelling others by driving, coaching, and motivating your teams to deliver outstanding, stretching results.

You will be an inspirational, authentic leader who is able to engage your team to deliver on the operational strategy. Thinking big, you will be constantly looking for new ways to improve the business and your operation. You`ll be inspired by the latest thinking from both within the industry but also more widely across world class leading organisations.

Acting as a real change agent for the transformation and growth of the business, you will be responsible for taking this inspiration, delivering the strategy to enhance efficiency and quality. You will know exactly how to motivate people and above all, you are kind and genuinely care about others.
