We have a very exciting opportunity working as a Team Manager, supporting young people in an 11 bedded homeless project.

The role of the team manager is supporting an 11 bedded service for young people aged 16-21, they are from homeless backgrounds and suffer from mental health, drug and alcohol or mild substance misuse. As the team manager you will be responsible for supporting staff on a day to day basis, managing the home including filling voids, issuing warnings and notices if necessary, liaising with outside agency professionals. These professionals may include council, social services and police. You will also be engaging with the young people and providing support to them and inducting new workers and bank staff. You will be working on a rota basis with a mixture of days and nights.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of housing and supported living managements. If you have experience working with young people that would be ideal. We are looking for reliable, pro active and passionate individuals, ideally you need experience working as a senior or a previous management role.
We are looking for a minimum of 1 years work experience or 6 months with a relevant social care qualification. If you have a DBS we would love to hear from you!
