Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager to help manage a Supported Living service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs.

Working for an established organisation that provides person centred support to Adults and Children with Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities. You will be joining the organisation at an exciting time of growth.

As Team Manager you will provide support to the Service Manager ensuring the smooth running of the home, managing staff rotas and care plans, completing supervisions, liaising with professionals and supporting with the day to day operations within the house.

You will be a passionate and resilient individual with the ability to prioritise your workload and work on own initiative.

The successful candidate will hold a minimum Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care and have at least 1 years experience as a Senior Support Worker. A Full UK Driving License with access to your own car is essential.

This is a full time position with a starting salary of £19,926 plus excellent personal and professional development opportunities.
