Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Team Manager to join a busy Call Centre in Dingwall.

The successful candidate should have previous supervisor or management experience, an in depth knowledge of all MS Office applications, including an excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint., the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong communication skills both written and verbal.
