A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Manager to work in our client's Homeless Centre in Everton for a 4-month contract with potential for a permanent post. You will be joining an award-winning organisation with an outstanding reputation and the role comes with a competitive basic salary.
This organisation specialises in helping homeless, drinkers, rough sleepers and people with multiple complex needs. In your role you will be based in their Homeless Centre which is a vibrant and busy centre where rough sleepers or people experiencing homelessness will go to seek advice, guidance, meals, washing facilities and much more.
In your role you will be coordinating the provision or services in the centre under the direction of the Service Manager. You will responsible for all managerial aspects of the centre including motivating a team, performance managing and identifying potential safeguarding issues and incidents.
To be successful for this role you will have at least 2 years management experience in a similar role and will need to undergo a disclosure and barring check. It would be desirable if you had your QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management or another relevant qualification.
This role is a 4-month placement to cover a secondment period however there may be an opportunity for a permanent role at the end of this period. The salary for this role is 26,999 - 31,371 and working hours are 7:15am to 3:15pm Monday to Friday with the usual caveats around the need for some flexibility to work outside of these hours and at weekends by exception.
