Team Leader - Mental Health

£25,000 Per Annum

09:00 - 17:00 - Flexibility is needed as you may have to work different shifts depending on the house needs.

Are you an experienced team leader with a back ground in mental health ?

Do you currently have either a Level 3 or 5 in Health and social care or equivalent ?

Then this is the role for you !!

My Client based in Tameside is currently recruiting for an experienced team leader to join their busy team. You must have a minimum of level 3 NVQ in health and social care and be able to demonstrate your knowledge of mental health.

In this role you must be a confident team leader as you will be overseeing the smooth operational running of the home while you are on shift, making sure all professionals working throughout the home are sticking to their roles and making sure if there is any problems they are addressed straight away.
