Job Description
Team Manager Position-Supported Living facility
**Driving Licence and eligibility to work in the UK are essential to be considered for the role**
Full time, Permanent position-37,5hrs/week
Location: Exmouth
Salary: £30.000/annum
BS Social care is acting on behalf of a trusted client that is looking for a new Team Manager to join their organisation in the South West region. The organisation has presence across England with various facilities supporting vulnerable individuals. Their main areas are supported living and residential care home setup.
About the role:
- You will oversee multiple services in the Devon area-Supported Living facilities
- Liaising with team leaders and with the area manager
- Carry out administrative duties, relying on the CQC guidelines
- On-call duties in the case of emergency
About You:
- You must be a driver with valid UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience in senior role is essential
- NVQ Level 3 is crucial to be considered for the position
