Job Description
We are currently seeking a Team Secretary with strong administrative experience to join our client's busy office environment
Our client has advised is that the role is full time and temporary for 3 months ( possible extension)
You will be responsible for typing high volumes of correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets, it would preferred that the successful applicant had Audio Typing experience, but not essential .
Reception duties which include welcoming visitors, switchboard, post, hand deliveries,
general filing and archiving and organising travel arrangements
Working to tight deadlines to meet team requirements
Our client does require CV's that have previous Admin experience and who are proficient in IT (Excel and Word)
What do we need from you?
4 GCSE's including English or equivalent
3 years administrative experience
Experience of all Microsoft Office Applications
