A really lovely role has just arisen to work for a Lloyd's Insurance Brokers in the City of London ( this role will be a mixture of home and office working)
This is a varied role reporting into the PA/Office Manager and will suit someone who has worked in a Team admin support role previously.
You will be supporting a growing global team of @50 people and your main duties will include:
Helping to put together presentations
Attending team meetings to take notes
Helping with Invoices and expenses
Helping with the admin of the company website.
They are looking for candidates who are proficient on PowerPoint and Word, with some knowledge of Excel.
The ideal candidate will have initiative, and be someone who is not afraid to ask questions and wants to learn and develop in their role.
