Job Description

You will have excellent communication skills, as you will be responsible for ensuring that during your allocated management will be completing administrative duties such as carrying out employee 1:1`s, forward planning, managing annual leave, rotas and annual Performance and Achievement reviews. Outside of your allocated management time you will be assisting with the day-to-day livelihood of those customers you support. You will be responsible to help with administering medication, personal care, finances, and daily living. Another big part of the role is being a big part of the fun and enjoying yourself! This means you will be supporting adults with gardening, supporting their social life, cooking, assisting personal development or developing day opportunities or work placements.

You will have existing skills gained in previous roles within adult social care and are looking to develop professionally. An NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is preferred, or experience in supervisory roles or line management. As a part of this role, you will be offered your NVQ Level 4 to completed fully funded, as well as your NVQ Level 5 if you wish to progress to a managerial role.

The starting salary for this role is £17,890.60.
