Job Description

My public sector client based in Sutton Coldfield is looking for a team administrator to support their regional delivery team. This is a temporary assignment Monday to Friday starting on £8.36 p/hr and going up to £10.35 p/hr in the 13th week.

The main responsibility of the role will be to provide project support for the organisations national role out of IT for all staff, in the form of laptops and mobile technology. This role is an administrative support role, where you will be required to provide logistical support, in the form of preparing and issuing devices and the relevant paperwork. You will also need to be able to transfer paper documentation into digital form, and update databases accordingly.

Please note that travel across the organisations hubs will be required as part of the role.

You must have experience of working in a busy office environment and the ability to work at a fast pace and have an energetic and flexible approach to your work. Of course strong interpersonal skills would be an advantage as the post will require interaction with a wide range of stakeholders.

This role will require strong IT skills, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as the ability to utilise other Microsoft Office software.
