Technology Centre Briefing Coordinator
Thames Valley Park, Reading
Contract is 18 months

Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit a Technology Centre Briefing Coordinator. This is a contract role based in Reading for 18 months.

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays pro rota, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant.

Salary: £28,500 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits

Job Description
This role will be that of supporting a consistent, high quality experience for company Events. The role requires the candidate to work closely with the Technology Centre Director, Architects, Sales Teams and customers to prepare for and deliver the pipeline of Briefings.

The Technology Centre offers strategic briefings that are tailored to meet the specific needs of company account teams, executive customers and partners. We offer immersive experiences for our customers to help them understand how they can run their business on company products and services.

Responsibilities
A typical day in this role can include:
o Qualifying and approving new briefing requests.
o Organising briefing calls with the Technology Centre Architects and the sales teams and customers.
o Working with the Sales team to ensure the agenda and content are finalised in good time.
o Ensuring feedback is completed
o Organise logistical requirements, i.e. catering, security passes, etc.
o Provide on-the-day Briefing support including Centre / Briefing Room set-up
o Welcoming Customers/Partners/Account Teams/Speakers
o Be ever-present in the Briefing Centre for questions/support on logistics and arrangements
o Manage support teams to ensure every Briefing delivers a first-class experience (catering, facilities, AV, cleaning)
o Daily update of briefing evaluations and speaker metrics for weekly reporting
o Collate briefing feedback, consolidate and feedback to the Account Teams and Speakers
o Manage Technology Centre CRM tool
o Manage customer logistical support if required (i.e. recommendations for hotels, travel, dinner arrangements).
o Track and control facility maintenance and logging of issues
o Raise purchase orders for Centre as required
o Prioritise a digital experience over physical experience by keeping up to date with innovative customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will be:

" Must be a team player and have excellent cross company collaboration capability.
