Our client is based in South Manchester and specialise in Capital Allowances and Research and Development are looking for an Account Manager to join their team in this fast paced, driven environment. You should have a general interest in people and business and be able to engage with senior members of staff and stakeholders


It`s an exciting time to join the company who are expanding, so this role is critical to the smooth running of the business. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for clients, offering a first-class end-to-end service that involves handling a wide range of administrative functions and applying technical knowledge and questioning to make decision on how a client`s case should progress. Obtaining financial information for the submission of reports and maintaining accurate records

You will be professional target driven with strong computer and IT skills to include data processing, typing and internet research abilities with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. A good standard of education is essential. You should also have outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints and understand the objectives and priorities of the business and how their work fits into and supports the business

It`s a target driven role for which you will be rewarded with monthly bonuses. It`s a great working environment which includes free parking, fantastic relaxation area and Free breakfast on a Friday. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5 with an early finish on Friday. You will also receive an individual training programme to suit you and the role can also offer excellent career prospects.

Salary starts at £23,000 rising to £24,000 after a successful probationary period
