As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for clients, offering a first-class end-to-end service that involves handling a wide range of administrative functions and applying technical knowledge and questioning to make decision on how a client`s case should progress. Obtaining financial information for the submission of reports and maintaining accurate records
You will be professional target driven with strong computer and IT skills to include data processing, typing and internet research abilities with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. A good standard of education is essential. You should also have outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints and understand the objectives and priorities of the business and how their work fits into and supports the business

Salary starts at £23,000 rising to £24,000 after a successful probationary period
