Job Description

Brook Street is seeking a strong Administrator for an exciting opportunity to join a successful team based in Staines.

The Ideal candidate will need to be proficient in all Microsoft packages and preferably also have knowledge of Mac operating systems although this is not essential. Due to the nature of the role it`s vital that you have an exceptional telephone manor and excellent attention to detail. You will be required to respond to queries over phone and via email in providing technical support, inputting data correctly whilst also insuring a high level of customer service at all times.

The successful applicant will need to showcase abilities in multitasking, problem solving and will also need to have technical IT knowledge and exceptional administrative qualities. If you so happen to come from a medical or insurance background this would be highly advantageous to your application.
