Immediate start available for an efficient, proactive and experienced Technical Administrator. This role is a temporary position to start with but my client would like to offer a permanent position to the right candidate (Perm salary negotiable). Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 12pm.
To support both the repair, calibration & sales functions both internally and externally.
Booking in of customers tools for calibration / repair.
To be able to communicate effectively to distributors, customers, engineers & end users at all levels.
Promote the products and services that the company offer professionally and efficiently.
Monitor and be aware of market influences and competition to ensure company products/services are competitive and effective.
Hold the highest standards in customer service.
Be proactive in communication between departments and the customer in relation to order status.
Processing and administration of returns/credits.
Offer support with order processing, quotations and general sales office duties when required.
We are looking for candidates that have a technical administration background, perhaps someone who has previously worked for a manufacturer or someone who has a degree in mechanical engineering who wish to join a company and develop their career as there is scope to move across departments and grow within the company. Communication and the ability to multi task is essential.
