Working at the client's head office in and around the Ormskirk to Skelmersdale area, you will be expected to provide technical advice and ensure a smooth customer service journey.

Day to day duties in this role include:
Assisting the customer service department with any installation advice, product queries and the identifying of faults.
Making outbound calls to customers to gather information and also discuss product queries that would require technical expertise.
Handle effective after sales support.
Investigate product issues that have been reported into the customer service team.
Ensure technical files and specifications are produced.

Must have a plumbing background and experience is essential due to the technical advice required to be given.
Key understanding of hot water systems and handle problem resolutions of installations and faults.
Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
