Technical Analyst - Paraplanner

Our client is an award-winning Chartered Financial Planning firm in Central London looking for an experienced and well-qualified Paraplanner on a permanent full-time basis. The right candidate will support the company`s Financial Planners and Advisers and will have the chance for significant client interaction.

Main responsibilities and requirements include:

Supporting the Financial Planners and Advisers in research and analysis
Preparing Client Review, financial plans and suitability reports
Assisting in the preparation of Client presentations
Assisting the Technical Manager with annual technical reviews of products & services
Ensuring business compliance and all legislative requirements are met, both internally and externally
Can work on their own, but also as part of a small family-like team
Continuous professional development to meet regulatory requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

A proven track record as a Paraplanner with extensive technical experience
Engaging personality with excellent communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to fit in well with the advisory team
Being solution orientated with exceptional influencing skills
Good working knowledge of research tools such as MorningStar/FE, Dimensional Returns
Experience of using Voyant cashflow and preferably Time 4 Advice CURO
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or maximum of 1-2 RO exams away)

Working hours:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5.30pm
