As a Technical Controller you will use your Mechanical and Technical experience to carry out the following checks on works carried out on Vehicles:

1. Work carried out is necessary
2. Parts are correct to fix the problem the customer has been experiencing with the vehicle
3. Pricing is right

You will use your own 'know how' to carry out these checks alongside manufacturers guides.

You will also use your Mechanical knowledge to work alongside the Vehicle Utilisation and Escalations (VUE) team to handle customer relation queries. If you have experience with 1Link then even better, but provided you are a qualified Mechanic we would still love to speak with you.

The role is Monday to Friday and based in Slough, you will be working as part of a fantastic team of 12 who love to have a bit of banter.

Hours: Shifts with the earliest start being 8am and latest finish at 5:30pm - to get you home just in time for tea.

And don't worry, we haven't forgotten the salary, this fantastic role is paying up to £28,000 plus an Annual bonus.
