Job Description

Salary: £20,400 per annum + team related bonus of up to £1500
25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, free parking and lots of social events
Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday - Friday (9.30am-6pm for one week every 8 weeks)
Training: 6 weeks + ongoing training will be given

Do you have strong customer services experience? This can either be from an office or retail based environment.
This is a great opportunity to work for an iconic brand which was established in 1977. They design and manufacture products and due to their continued growth, they`re looking to expand their customer service team.

Customer service is a vital part of the business, the team consists of highly skilled individuals who provide technical information to customers to ensure their needs are met. You will be working within the buzzing and very busy office within a really friendly, welcoming team.

You must have a natural technical ability and problem solving is key for this role along with strong communication skills. This role will be both phone based and administrative and requires the suitable individual to be reactive, able to work under pressure, able to multi-task and have an energetic approach to work.
