Job Description

Technical Customer Service Advisor

£25000/£27000

Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm

My client based in LE4 is looking to take on an exceptional customer service advisor. Being the first point of contact for their clients, the candidate is expected to have strong customer service skills and previous experience of taking a high number of calls.

Key responsibilities:
" Building product knowledge
" Dealing with telephone, email and live chat enquiries
" Ensuring data received from calls in entered correctly into an inhouse system
" Placing orders correctly
" Dealing with enquiries in a timely manner
" Reporting customer concerns and identifying if regular concerns occur

Person Specifics:
" Excellent customer service skills
" Ability to make decision using own initiative
" Previous experience working with multi-channel customer service environment
" Strong attention to detail
" Ability to adapt to change effectively
" Ability to learn technical requirements of the role
