Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a 2nd line helpdesk technician to work within the NHS.

The position is to provide 1st and 2nd line I.T. support to users within the NHS. You will be responsible for the stock control and distribution of IT equipment such as laptops and mobile phones and maintaining documented records for these items.

You will provide, deliver and/or facilitate ad-hoc IT training to the users and assist with other associated functions such as Asset Management, IT security, Network Administration (Including Network Domain) and IT procurement.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a 2nd line helpdesk support role and be able to work with a variety of software packages including windows 10, office 360, iphone and ITIL.

The role is working Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm and you will be mainly be based in Chelmsford. You will need to have your own vehicle and full driving license as you may be required to visit other locations.

You can expect to be paid between £9.28 - £11.15ph and you will be paid on a weekly basis.
