" Supporting Company's Enterprise Voice & Cloud Apps to deliver high quality voice and collaboration solutions for customers.
" Architecting Exchange server, Enterprise voice, Microsoft Teams, including advanced configurations for direct routing, Complex Teams voice solutions, Office 365, IP PBX, Session Border Control (SBC), MCSE Productivity, Lync, VoIP, PBX.
" Lead technical discussions with clients that drive decisions and implementation.
" Pre-sales and post-sales optimisation solution assurance. Owning all related technical pre-sales activities including assessing customer's current environment through various capacity planning & monitoring activities, solution sizing activities, producing complex solution designs in line with Microsoft and SBC best practises.
" Provide technical support and consultation to account executives, including presenting technology updates to our existing base customers.
" Producing solution configurations / Bill of materials, scoping professional services engagements, producing presales documentations such as solution proposals & Statements of Works etc.
" Migrating from previous versions or third-party systems.
" Designing complex enterprise Voice solutions, including global telephony and contact centres.
" Designing Teams deployments and their integration into customer storage for collaboration (e.g. SharePoint), including leveraging cloud apps for multiple business uses.
" Research, develop, and deploy Office 365 (O365) solutions, including delivering proof of concepts.
" Design, Plan and Execute Office 365 migrations including Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and /MS Teams.
" Design and plan for Identity Management (ADFS, Azure, Other) and Directory Sync supporting O365 workloads.
" Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and partners to maximize O365 functionality and user experience.
" Stay current on Office 365 features and capabilities including availability, reliability, performance, monitoring, backup, and security.
" Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems.
" Undertaking deployments of Voice & Cloud Apps projects in accordance with a quality delivery framework.
" Maintain and develop ICT Knowledge, with a specialisation in Enterprise Voice & Cloud Apps, including key vendor technologies.
" Provide 2nd / 3rd line expertise for managed services for Enterprise Voice & Cloud Apps.
" Respond to reasonable requests made by management.
" Proficiency in Networking, on-premise/cloud infrastructure and other technologies as needed to undertake the role.
" Participate in training and other learning activities and performance development as required.
" To establish and maintain good working relationships with all clients, partners and associates where necessary.
