Job Description

Salary: £19,000-£23,000 per annum
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday - Thursday, 8-4pm Friday
Immediate requirement
You MUST be a driver due to the rural location of the office

This is a new opportunity for the suitable individual to start a career! The successful candidate will be required to work as part of the Internal Sales Team dealing directly with customers via the telephone and occasionally face to face.

You will have a confident telephone manner, be technically minded and either studied Maths or Science at A'Level, or have an education in engineering.

Your duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls/ emails or fax enquiries
- Use the computerised CRM systems including quotations/sales orders/invoicing/purchasing
- To perform the duties associated with the paperwork side of despatching goods
- Be proactive in the sales of the company making regular contact with existing and potential clients.

Useful skills required: Customer Services, confident telephone manner, engineering, CAD experience, works well under pressure, self motivated and a mathematical mind.
